Anatomy and Foundations

In this section, we outline the fundamentals of anatomy and how they relate to your class planning and delivering amazing sessions, without getting overly complicated or confusing.

Reformer Pilates Sequences & Exercise Names

A complete reference library of hundreds of exercises broken down into small sets highlighting how to create a class plan that flows smoothly and effortlessly.
Cueing & Instructing

Here we get practical, and we discuss the nuts and bolts of delivering clear instructions to ensure your class participants always know what they are doing, how they should be doing it, and what’s coming up next.
Pregnancy

We love supporting soon-to-be mums, and one thing is guaranteed – you will have women in your class at every stage of pregnancy imaginable. In this topic, we cover what you can do and what you should avoid in each trimester, and we provide exercise options and modifications. We also talk about why you don’t need to be scared of having pregnant ladies in your class!

THE PROGRAM
Our meticulously crafted certification program is tailored to accommodate the diverse schedules and preferences of individuals seeking to master Pilates. With a focus on flexibility and convenience, this program ensures that aspiring practitioners can engage in comprehensive and professional Pilates training from any location.
While our course is conducted online, we have in-person training dates available and trainees will require access to a Reformer Pilates machine. Options include purchasing or renting one for personal use, or inquiring at your local studio for the possibility of practicing there.
